    All UK orders are shipped with Evri and DPD and are fully trackable. Please note we DO NOT deliver on Bank Holidays.

    After your payment is authorised and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

    SHIPPING FEES

    Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from ayaLUX, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

    DELIVERY CLAIMS

    If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim.

    We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process.

    Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

    ayaLUX does not accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

    OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

    If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

    While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, ayaLUX reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

    Standard US Delivery - £9.95  approximately delivered within 3 - 7 working days.


    Canada - £9.95  approximately delivered within 3 - 7 working days.

    All US orders are shipped with Royal Mial and are fully trackable. Royal Mail will not deliver on Public Holidays.

    Customs & Import fees 

    As all orders are currently shipped from England and so you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

    USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to an import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

    As all orders are currently shipped from England and so you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

    Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, please check with the Department of Home Affairs for further info.

    New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the goods in the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.

    International deliveries will be shipped with FEDEX/UPS or a local courier depending which service is selected.

    We cannot ship to PO Boxes in the U.S. or Australia.

We are happy to accept returns of any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and in original saleable conditions that is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, you be offered either an exchanges or a store credit upon receipt and approval of your returned items. Our store credit can be used at anytime in our store and does not expire.

Simply email us for the return address at cs@ayaluxclothing.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).

Here are the steps you need to follow to send any items back to us:

1. Pack your items securely in the original shipping bag it was sent in, ensure the items are not worn and all tags are still attached.
2. Purchase your shipping label ( please make sure it is secure / trackable mail) Package is not our responsibility until received by us.
3. Take your parcel to your local depot.
4. Once you have sent the item(s) please email us to provide us with proof of return AND tracking number (Without this the processing of your return will be delayed).
5. Once we receive and approve the item(s), we shall issue a store credit value minus any shipping cost via an electronic Gift Card sent to your email.
6. Upon receipt it takes about 5-10 working days to process your return.

Please note:

Store Credit will not include any previous shipping costs.
Sale items can only be returned for STORE CREDIT

We do not offer direct exchanges. Exchanges can be facilitated by using a STORE CREDIT.

Our reasoning is simple. Our clothes are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However,you should return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Simply email us at cs@ayaluxclothing.com with your order number.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Sale Items

Sale items or items purchased in the sale section can be returned for STORE CREDIT only. Please email cs@ayaluxclothing.com with your order number and return request.
